This heat pad has 6 temperature settings, so there is bound to be one there to suit your needs, and don't forget the BSS cut off system. Beurer have thought of everything and after 90 minutes it will cut off - this stops you and it from over heating (although you can click it back on to enjoy the heat all over again. You get to choose from the following heat settings:
Setting 1: 45-50 ˚C,
Setting 2: 50-55 ˚C,
Setting 3: 55-60 ˚C,
Setting 4: 60-65 ˚C,
Setting 5: 65-70 ˚C,
Setting 6: 70-75 ˚C.
