The treatment area is immersed in the wax and then removed, where it then forms a seal on the skin. This is the perfect treatment for aching joints, arthritis, tennis elbow, tendinitis, eczema and more. You can dip your hand, elbow or up to a size 6 foot in the bath. Larger areas can be dipped into the paraffin wax in stages; for example dipping toes first, and then the heel of your foot.
The heat from the paraffin is transferred into the body when it solidifies. It is this process which provides instant pain relief for aching muscles and joints and helps to increase flexibility in stiff areas. The bath is powered by mains electric with a voltage of 230v-240v. The temperature for the wax can reach up to 60 degrees.
