Differences between the four sizes of Yoga Tune Up Balls

Therapy Balls: These 2.5” grippy, pliable balls have been specifically designed to mimic the thumb of a seasoned massage therapist. They perfectly fit into various spinal processes and can roll their way into gaps between the smaller joints of your body, in areas such as the hands and feet, and delicate tissues of the neck and jaw. Their unique shape and size makes them very trigger point specific.

Therapy Plus Balls: Slightly larger at 3”, these balls are shaped and sized to mimic the effect of a trained therapist’s elbow massaging your troubles away. Their larger surface creates less trigger point specific contact with the body, making them a perfect choice for highly stressed tissues of the body in areas such as the shoulders, front of the chest or the It band (the tendon that runs down the length of the outer thigh).

Alpha Ball: This 3.5” fluffy ball resembles the shape and size of massage therapists fist targeting the larger tissues of the body. This ball is perfect for areas like the lower back, hips, and buttocks; it is ideal for the majority of the tissues in the lower body.

Corgeous Ball: A 7” air-filled, squishy ball’ Corgeous has been created specifically to target the abdomen, chest and front of the pelvis. Its gripped surface allows you to create shear force using your own body weight to unravel stiff fascia, release scar tissue and promote better breathing.    

This 7 inch air-filled sponge massage ball has a unique soft and stretchy ‘skin’ which gives it the necessary grip against your body without dragging or nipping. Jill Miller’s Coregeous DVD is designed to help you strengthen your entire core, including your abs and the muscles and connecting tissues throughout your entire torso. With the help of the Coregeous Ball you’ll be able to access your innermost abdominals which are often hard to reach.
